Ba\u015f\u0131na k\u00f6t\u00fc bir \u015fey gelmemeli, namusu lekelenmemelidir. Ailenin, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7evrenin, hatta neredeyse t\u00fcm toplumun \u015ferefi kad\u0131n\u0131n namusuna ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise toplum d\u00fczeni bozulacakt\u0131r.<br \/>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde toplumun modern kesimlerinde bu yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00e7oktan eskimi\u015f hatta yok olmu\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnebilir, ancak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck co\u011frafyada hi\u00e7 az\u0131msanmayacak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde hala kad\u0131na daie ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k, eril s\u00f6ylemin bask\u0131s\u0131, namus cinayetleri, \u00e7ocuk gelinler, ba\u015fl\u0131k paras\u0131 gibi gelenekler ya\u015fanmakta ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hayat\u0131 ellerinden al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>D\u00fcnya tarihi boyunca toplumun kad\u0131na bak\u0131\u015f\u0131, erke\u011fin kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerindeki h\u00fckm\u00fc, ona atfedilen roller, y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcre gelen ve b\u00fct\u00fcn metinlerde do\u011frudan ya da dolayl\u0131 olarak i\u015flenmi\u015f bir \u00f6\u011fretidir. Eski Ahit\u2019e g\u00f6re elmay\u0131 ilk yiyen Havva\u2019d\u0131r. O bir g\u00fcnahkard\u0131r. Felsefe tarihinin en eski kad\u0131n imgesi, bilgelik, adalet ve ahlak gibi y\u00fcksek de\u011ferlerden yoksundur. Orta\u00e7a\u011f\u2019da kad\u0131nlar cad\u0131d\u0131r, \u015feytanidir, ayart\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Sanayi devrimi sonras\u0131nda kad\u0131n ve erkek rolleri e\u015fitlenmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen sistem erke\u011fi daha \u00e7ok d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyaya, para kazanmaya y\u00f6neltirken kad\u0131n\u0131 e\u015f ve annelik g\u00f6reviyle ev ya\u015fam\u0131na hapsetmi\u015ftir. Ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 ekonomik olarak erke\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 ge\u00e7iren kad\u0131n iyi bir e\u015f, anne ve ev kad\u0131n\u0131 olmak zorundad\u0131r.<br \/>Toprak Ana Kibele\u2019den sonra kad\u0131n\u0131n erke\u011fin kontrol\u00fcne ge\u00e7en ya\u015fam \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc farkl\u0131 aktar\u0131mlarla nesilden nesile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclerek sars\u0131lmaz bir temele oturtulmu\u015ftur. Say\u0131s\u0131z \u00f6rneklerden biri, Hint destan\u0131 Ramayana\u2019da ge\u00e7er. Y\u00fczy\u0131llarca s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olan bu gelene\u011fe g\u00f6re; bir erke\u011fin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra kar\u0131s\u0131 namusunu kan\u0131tlamak ve iffetsiz duruma d\u00fc\u015fmemek i\u00e7in kendini ate\u015fe atarak ya\u015fam\u0131na son vermesi gerekir. Bug\u00fcn hala bu gelene\u011fi yerine getiren kad\u0131nlar bulunmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erke\u011fe tabi olarak toplumda ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f vatanda\u015f konumuna gelmesi ataerkil d\u00fczenin bir sonucudur, ancak erkeklerin kad\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 kadar kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da hem cinslerine yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 erkekten farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Kad\u0131nlar birbirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 erkeklerden daha yarg\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131d\u0131rlar veya \u00f6teki kad\u0131n bir tehtiddir onun i\u00e7in, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n hep biricik olmak ister ve bu biricikli\u011fi evlilikle sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na inanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Evlilik bir stat\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130yi bir koca bulmu\u015f olmak onu di\u011ferlerinden \u00fcst\u00fcn konuma getirir. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczdendir ki kad\u0131n, ne \u00f6z benli\u011fini ne sosyal benli\u011fini geli\u015ftirebilmektedir. Kad\u0131n ve erkek aras\u0131ndaki e\u015fit olmayan bu haks\u0131z ili\u015fkinin temeli, esas\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n, erke\u011fin arzu nesnesi olan bir bedene sahip olmas\u0131na dayan\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc arzu, bir anlamda sahip olmay\u0131 gerektirir. \u201cErkek sahip olmak, kad\u0131n ait olmak ister\u201d. Bu s\u00f6ylemlerle olu\u015fan sosyal yap\u0131da kad\u0131n erke\u011fe ait bir e\u015fya, ona itaat eden bir k\u00f6le haline gelir ve aksi durumda herkes toplum d\u00fczeninin bozulaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kad\u0131n erkek aras\u0131ndaki e\u015fitsizlik normatif bir yap\u0131ya b\u00fcr\u00fcnerek d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ancak ataerkil d\u00fczenin toplum \u00fczerindeki etkisi hala yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar bir tak\u0131m sosyal haklara sahip olmakla birlikte \u00fczerlerindeki yapt\u0131r\u0131mlardan s\u0131yr\u0131lamamakta, eril s\u00f6ylemlerin alt\u0131nda ezilmektedir. Kad\u0131n ve erkek aras\u0131ndaki bu adaletsiz ili\u015fkinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi bir insanl\u0131k borcu olarak hem kad\u0131na hem erke\u011fe d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Bu noktada \u00f6ncelikle kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi bedenine ve ya\u015fam\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmasy\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesi i\u00e7in kendini sorgulayarak ya\u015fam dinamiklerini ke\u015ffetmesi ve benli\u011fine sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 esas meseledir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc; ya\u015fam, kad\u0131n ve erke\u011fe e\u015fit olarak sunulmu\u015ftur. \u0130ki cins, do\u011fada birbirini tamamlayarak b\u00fct\u00fcnsel enerjiyi ve ba\u011flant\u0131sall\u0131\u011f\u0131 temsil eden en belirgin yap\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar ve erkekler unutmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki, bizler \u00f6ncelikle fizik ve kimyadan olu\u015fan maddesel bir yap\u0131y\u0131z. Bunu \u00f6ncelikle kad\u0131nlar idrak etmek zorundad\u0131r; kad\u0131n\u0131n bedeni ya\u015fam \u00fcretebilen bir enerji dinamosu gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Kad\u0131n do\u011fan\u0131n ta kendisidir. Bu anlamda sahip oldu\u011fu bedenini tan\u0131mak ve onun g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn bilincine varmak zorundad\u0131r. Ancak bu sayede hem kendini hem erke\u011fi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilir. Erke\u011fe yaslanmaktan vaz ge\u00e7ti\u011finde, tabular\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, toplumun eril s\u00f6ylemlerinden, iftiralar\u0131ndan, karalamalar\u0131ndan korkmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, aksine kendi yarat\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcne inandi\u011finda ve cesur oldu\u011funda bireyselli\u011fini kazanacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6yle oldu\u011funda erkekler de kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6recek ve sayg\u0131 duyacak, onu hegemonyas\u0131na almak yerine ya\u015fam\u0131 payla\u015fmak isteyecektir.<br \/>Toplumlar\u0131n ilerlemesi i\u00e7in kad\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitiminden s\u00f6z edilip durulur, ancak en \u00f6nemli e\u011fitim kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi benli\u011fini geli\u015ftirmesi ve ona sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131n geli\u015fimi ise ancak cinsiyet ayr\u0131m\u0131 ortadan kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r.
